Points to be aware of

  • There are 52 cards with 365 possible options (each card contains 7 prompts to work with)

  • All the cards have themes and suggestions of thought - i.e. things you used today.

  • There is a booklet which comes inside the box of cards, which explains the whole process.

  • There is no correct way to use this pack - so no pressure there. It is personal and for your discretion.

Why this form of creative practice is important

  • It’s a form of wellbeing for us - our time, our space.

  • It can spark new ideas, based on the initial theme given on the card.

  • It is fun - we all need that light hearted moment in our day - this is no school type task.

  • A source of achievement and positivity.

    Better than a book?

It is different and ideal for those of us with a small space of time. It is accessible, it seems possible. Maybe we have time to read a card but not a book?

A book may seem daunting - this takes the heat out of the learning process.
